Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations may prevent you from attending a scheduled lesson. If you know in advance that you won't be able to attend, please make every effort to reschedule or cancel the lesson ahead of time.

If a student misses a lesson without prior notice, the tutor has the right to charge the full lesson fee. In some cases, the tutor may choose to cancel or reschedule the lesson without charging the student, but this is entirely at the tutor's discretion.

Lessons can be cancelled free of charge if done within the cancellation window indicated in the interface. After that window has passed, only the "full-charge cancellation" option is available.

You may contact your tutor to request a cancellation or rescheduling without charge, but please note that the final decision rests with the tutor.

If the tutor chooses to charge for a missed lesson, they must issue the charge within 7 days after the scheduled lesson date. In such cases, students will receive an email notification, and they will have 72 hours to dispute the charge if necessary.
